Life Tuner begins with an impossible ambition: to design a living environment for as many types of people as possible, for as long as possible. Acknowledging that no single space can fully anticipate the shifting desires, routines, and contradictions of urban life, the project embraces adaptability rather than permanence.

Between noise and silence, exposure and retreat, solitude and community, the project does not seek an ideal way of living, but a framework that can be continuously tuned.
A fixed-size unit generates three apartment typologies and, in turn, three different building types.
